These units are so well built that they are nearly sound proof! The owners and staff are the best around; If you have any concerns whatsoever, the management is here for you, immediately. "We have lived at Blue Heron Town Homes for over last three years and highly recommend it to young families in and around Ann Arbor. The customer service and communication from the property owner is fantastic, and we are always pleased with how quick the turnaround is for our maintenance requests. It is not uncommon to see the landlord working around the property throughout the year with his family. As a family friendly area, this is a great area to meet other families with younger children. It is safe, clean and we would recommend Blue Heron Townhomes to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home."

"I have lived at Blue Heron Pointe since my apartment community was first built four years ago. I have enjoyed the hassle-free maintenance and support I have received from Danny and his staff. With simple email notifications and communications, maintenance issues are quickly resolved. Blue Heron Pointe is a both a safe and quiet place to live either as a student or while raising a family. No matter the weather conditions, Danny and his staff are available to take care of the neighborhood streets and lawns, i.e. prevention of any accumulation of snow and ice and maintenance of lawn care. There truly is a level of ease while living at Blue Heron Pointe, knowing that one can achieve relaxation at home."
